Architecture Studio was commissioned to carry out the full exterior restoration of a residence originally clad in aluminum siding and stucco. The project involved the complete removal of outdated materials, followed by the repair of deteriorated wood framing and the installation of proper wall insulation to enhance thermal performance and energy efficiency.

A key element of the restoration was the application of a robust five-layer cement stucco system, selected for its durability and refined appearance. Our team ensured that the new façade not only delivered long-term protection and improved performance, but also respected the architectural character of the original home.

The result is a clean, modernized exterior that blends seamlessly with the historic context of Forest Hills Gardens, while offering the homeowner enhanced comfort, sustainability, and timeless curb appeal.
